At KARIEL, we are committed to providing a premium shipping experience. Every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared with attention to detail before it leaves our facility.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are available at checkout and may include:

Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders
Express Shipping

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. KARIEL is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Signature Confirmation

For added security, signature confirmation may be required on select high-value orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at karielcollections@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, KARIEL ships within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.
